Description
It is well known that dog’s skin differs from human skin. Because of this, products such as shampoos which are formulated for dogs need to be pH-neutral so as to prevent skin irritations. This is even more so for puppies and is the reason why we have launched Puppy-Mild shampoo – specifically designed for puppies.
Composition
Low-foaming Puppy-Mild shampoo contains a unique blend of mild surfactants, conditioning agents, moisturisers and mildness additives to effectively clean but not strip the coat of its natural oils.
Discussion
Sebaceous glands, which produce natural oils that lubricate a dog’s skin and coat, usually are underactive in puppies.As the dog ages, these glands will become more productive and will eventually generate sufficient oil to keep the dog’s skin properly lubricated. Using a shampoo with mild surfactants will not strip the coat of natural oils and may prevent skin conditions such as dry, itchy skin.
Indications
Puppy-Mild shampoo can be used on puppies of all ages.
Directions For Use
Wet the coat with warm water. Use Puppy-Mild shampoo liberally to create a good lather.Wash well and rinse with warm water.
