Refund policy

Thank You for purchasing products from The Dog Club Pet Co.

Please Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Should you need to return your product, we will offer you store credit or a replacement of the returned product. In order to be eligible for store credit/ a replacement, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of receiving your product/s. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it. Should the product/s be in the right condition, you will receive a store credit. Should you opt for a replacement, please email us at jannequethedogclub@gmail.com

Please note, that the Dog Club Pet Co checks all items before being sent out for delivery. If the product is damaged in any way, or labels from garmins are removed/ damaged, you would need to contact the delivery company and take this matter up with them. 

If stock is ordered in your error, and you wish to return it, you will be liable for the postage. Once we have received your item, and we are satisfied with the conditioned it has been returned it, your store credit or replacement will then be processed. 

If you receive incorrect stock, we will pay for postage in order for you to receive the correct stock. Please know it has to be returned within 7 Calendar days after receiving your order.

Please Note: Although some toys may have batteries supplies, the batteries may have lost their charge and need to be replaced before operating. The product warranty will only apply if changing the batteries does not resolve the problem. The Dog Club Pet Co is not responsible for battery replacements.
